The holiday farm is located in the beautiful setting of the wine roads of the hills of Maremma, more precisely in the DOC area of Morellino di Scansano.
Given its extraordinary location, "Il Vecchio Grillese" holiday farm is the ideal solution for all those who want to fully experience the beauties of our land: kilometres of pristine beaches, typical medieval villages, and gastronomic tours to discover the flavours of an area rich in ancient traditions.
The most inestimable beaches of Maremma from Castiglione della Pescaia to Marina di Grosseto up to those of Uccellina Park and Talamone are all easily accessible. Also for those interested it is possible to visit the beautiful artistic cities of Siena, Pisa, Florence and Rome, even just for the day.

Guests of the farm have exclusive access to the "Olivastra" apartment which is equipped with 2 double bedrooms, 5 beds, two bathrooms, a large living room and a fully-equipped kitchen with cutlery, flatware, washing machine and everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
The large porch which contains outdoor tables, chairs, and a barbecue, overlooks a large private garden. Guests also have a traditional wood-burning oven to prepare pizzas and barbecued food.

"Il Vecchio Grillese" is a holiday farm that produces top quality DOP and IGP extra virgin olive oil and more recently even cereals and forage crops while always applying environmentally friendly agricultural practices.
Our IGP Tuscan Oil, with its unique and unmistakable taste and aroma, is certainly the most appreciated product by guests staying at the holiday farm.
It is a product with low acidity but balanced flavor and a unique golden green color which is one of the fundamental basis of the Mediterranean diet. Our olive oil is ideal for seasoning vegetables, fish, and meat dishes.

Going along the SS1 Aurelia take the Grosseto Sud exit and turn right towards Scansano. Continue for 2.6 km, turn right onto Provincial Road 79 towards Poggio alla Mozza. Continue for 900 meters and you will find the Azienda Agrituristica de “Il Vecchio Grillese” on the right.
